A night not to be missed by those who appreciate the evolving landscape of contemporary jazz.

Award-winning pianist and composer Gabriel Chakarji is known for his unique blend of Venezuelan and New York contemporary jazz music. Since he moved to NYC in 2014 he has made himself present in the music scene of the city. Gabriel was awarded the prestigious Jazz Gallery Residency Commission and the ASCAP Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composer Award and the New York Council of the Arts grant. He was awarded a Grammy for his participation in the recording of the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra album Fandango in New York.
