Danish pianist and composer Rasmus Sørensen moved to NYC in 2018 and has since then gained wide recognition for his accessible yet forward-looking sound. A perpetual sonic explorer, Rasmus continues to push the boundaries of the genre, resulting in a fresh, refined and expressive blend of harmony, rhythm and melody that surprises pleasantly throughout. For his debut at The Jazz Gallery, Rasmus is bringing two of the most eloquent and flexible musicians on the scene to join him: Ben Tiberio on bass and Miguel Russell on drums.
