Anthony Tidd’s groundbreaking ensemble Quite Sane returns to The Jazz Gallery for the New York record release of Epilogue, the final installment of the To Kill a Child of Troubled Times trilogy. Written and produced by Tidd, the project brings together voices, improvisers, and rhythm section in a powerful exploration of African diasporic rhythm, hip-hop language, jazz tradition, and spontaneous composition. Presented in the intimate listening environment of The Jazz Gallery, this special performance marks the New York debut of the album in a one-night-only live interpretation of the music.
